PROJECT DESCRIPTION
An exterior remodel and addition to an existing home. New French Doors and New Low-E Windows installed on the west side of the home. A new shading arbor outside the ground floor bedroom and a shading trellis above the second floor bedroom windows. A new two-tier Trex deck extending from new doors outward between two new stone walls.

Replacement of existing windows and doors with Low-E French doors and single hung windows, interior trim, construction of new Trex deck, construction of shading arbor and trellis, construction of concrete step at perimeter of deck, contracting of stone wall, stucco and drywall patch, and painting. |
